The use of Beaches and Weather implies that you have read and accept all the terms of use.
The application is intended for private and individual use. Tide heights are given as an indication and may differ from the actual height, in particular (but not exclusively) due to atmospheric conditions. The times of high and low tides may also deviate from the forecast. These data should therefore not be used for navigation.
No liability can be assumed for any error, omission, loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the data or information published on the Beaches and Weather app. The information is provided as is, without warranty, and its use is your sole responsibility.
Privacy Policy
Beaches and Weather uses your contact information to select the beach closest to your current location and to provide you with the corresponding weather forecast. We do not use this data for advertising tracking purposes. No user information is passed on to third parties.
Cancellation conditions
To cancel a subscription to the Beaches and Weather application, go to the settings, and tap on the first line where your name appears. Touch the "Subscriptions" line, and select the "Beaches and Weather" subscription. Touch "Unsubscribe". This cancellation must be done 24 hours before the end of the current period.
